Our ethos
Rooted Impact is an impact-driven, women-owned and driven creative collective that is dedicated and passionate about growing local agriculture, food and beverage, tourism and hospitality through marketing projects, programs and services. We believe that the best businesses and organizations result from a deep connection between people, place and purpose.
Our purpose
We aim to create a pathway for local agriculture, food and beverage, tourism and hospitality to be meaningful and sustainable contributors to local economies.
How we do this is through:
Developing place-based branding, marketing and market development strategies that bring positive social, environmental and economic benefits to local communities;
Creating new agriculture, food and beverage, tourism, and hospitality products and experiences that leverage the unique assets of a region;
Capturing visual media content that tells the story of local people and places;
Fostering collaboration and cooperation between local farmers, chefs, tour operators, hospitality owners, and other stakeholders to create a collective local value chain, increasing economic opportunities for all;
Supporting clients in market-readiness and capacity-building to foster an environment of learning and sharing, improving collective skills, knowledge and expertise.
Implementing impact measurement systems that measure. track, and communicate the impact of place-based projects and programs.
